• You are responsible for reviewing and approving AI-generated content before use
• Token usage is subject to your subscription plan limits

6. Subscription and Payment

Subscription Plans

Our Service offers subscription plans with different features and usage limits. By subscribing:

• No refunds are provided for partial months

Usage-Based Pricing

Token usage and voice features are deducted from your monthly credit balance. Unused credits do not roll over to the next month unless otherwise specified in your plan.

AI-Generated Content

Content generated by our AI in response to your prompts belongs to you, subject to applicable law and third-party rights. You are responsible for ensuring your use of AI-generated content complies with all applicable laws and regulations.

9. Privacy and Data Protection

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to our collection and use of information as described in the Privacy Policy. We are committed to protecting your data with industry-standard security measures.

10. Disclaimers and Warranties

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SERENITIES AI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:

• Statements or conduct of any third party on the Service
• Any interruption or cessation of the Service
• Any bugs, viruses, or other harmful code transmitted through the Service

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you to us in the past twelve (12) months.

Class Action Waiver
