What it is
One workspace for the jobs that run your business.
Serenities is a workspace for a small business. In one account you can build your website, keep your tables in a database called Base and your files in Drive, add apps for your daily work, and set up AI to do routine jobs for you.
You work in it three ways: click through the dashboard, ask the built-in AI chat, or ask your own AI app. Most things you can click, you can also ask for in plain words.
Everything you build belongs to your workspace. The parts below each work on their own, so you can start with one and add the others when you need them.

Workspace apps
Use it to: run the daily work of your business next to your website: your CRM, bookings, outreach, helpdesk, invoices and proposals, newsletter, projects and tasks, and social posting.

Steps that run when something happens: on a schedule, when a form is sent, when an email arrives.
Connect your tools
Use it to: let the AI work in an app you already use, such as reading and writing in Notion or Gmail, with your approval.

Use your own AI
Use it to: build and change your site, run agents and flows and work on your tables by asking in the Claude or ChatGPT app you already pay for, or run Serenities' chat and agents on your own AI key.

01Build
Build
Say what you want. On the dashboard (Chat) the AI asks "What would you like to create today?" Describe your site and it builds it. Or open Sites, press New Site and choose Describe your idea or Start from a template. When you are happy, press Publish Site. Every change is saved, and History lets you go back to an earlier version.
02Add the apps you need

Open Apps. Under Add an app you find CRM, Bookings, Outreach, Helpdesk, Invoices & proposals, Newsletter, Projects & tasks and Social posting. Each one shows what it can use under Can access:. You read that, then press Enable to add it. Or press Create app, describe an app made for you in the chat, and press Save app when it is ready. To link an app to your site, ask the AI to set it up, then switch it on.
03Set up the busywork
Set up the busywork
Open Automations. Describe a job in plain words in the chat on the left, like "when a form is sent, email me the details". Depending on the job it becomes an AI Agent, a Flow, a Journey (emails based on what people do on your site) or a Function (a small piece of code the AI writes). You choose what each one may touch, and you choose which actions wait for your approval.

To use an app like Gmail or Notion, open Automations > Connectors, press Browse, then Connect and sign in. Connecting does not switch it on anywhere: you then choose where it may be used, for example in the chat or on an agent.
To use your own AI, open Your AI in the left menu. Under Connect your AI, copy the Serenities connector address and add it as a connector in your Claude or ChatGPT app, then sign in and ask. Or add your own AI key there and pick those models inside Serenities.

An agent that reaches a big action stops and shows you Needs your approval. Actions in connected apps ask first unless you change that. Every agent run is kept in its History, with each step it took. Changes to a site are saved in the site's History, so you can go back.
How the parts fit together
Link any two parts by asking.
Your site, your apps, your agents and your connected tools sit in the same workspace, and you choose which of them work together.
To link two of them, ask the AI in plain words. For example, to get new contact-form entries into a table, ask for it: the AI builds an agent, a flow or a function that runs when a form is sent. You check it and switch it on.
- Your site collects the things people send: forms, sign-ups, payments.
- Workspace apps (CRM, Bookings and the rest) are where you run your daily work. Ask the AI to send entries from your site to them, then switch the link on.
- Base holds your tables and Drive holds your files. Sites, agents and apps work on the tables you allow.
- AI agents and automations do jobs when something happens: a form is sent, someone pays, a row is added, an email arrives, an app raises its own event, a schedule comes round. Any of these can start an agent, a flow or a function, and agents can run your apps' actions.
- Connected tools are the apps outside Serenities. You pick where each one is used.
- Your own AI is the model that does the thinking. You can leave it as ours or add your own key.
Ask the AI to send form entries to your CRM, then switch it on.
Limits
What to know before you start.
- You choose where each connection is used. Connect an app once, then pick the chat, agents or flows that may use it.
- AI agents run only on paid plans. On the Free plan you can build up to 10 agents, but they do not run. See the AI agents page.
- Payments always wait for you. An agent never moves money without your approval.
- Your own AI app acts as you. An AI app you connect works with the same access as your account. You can remove it any time: open your profile menu, press Profile, then Authorised apps, and press Disconnect.
- Plan limits differ. What each plan includes is on the Pricing page.

Do I need to be technical?
No. You describe what you want in plain words, and you change anything the same way. Settings and forms are there when you want to do something by hand.
Can I start for free?
Yes, and no credit card is needed. The Free plan has 1 site and 2 workspace apps, and publishes your site on a serenitiesai.app address. You can build AI agents on Free, but agents only run on paid plans. See Pricing for the current plans.
Do I have to use all six parts?
No. Each part works on its own. Most people start with a site or with one job they want off their plate, and add the rest later.
How do the parts connect?
You connect an app once and choose where it may be used. To link two things, ask the AI to set it up, then switch it on.
Who is in charge when AI does the work?
You are. An agent only touches the sites, data and tools you allow. It stops for your approval before the big actions you ticked, and always before a payment. Every run is saved in its History so you can see what it did.
Can I use my own AI?
Yes, in two ways. You can add your own key from a provider such as OpenAI, Anthropic or Google and pick those models in Serenities. Or you can use Serenities from your own Claude or ChatGPT app: add Serenities as a connector there, sign in, and ask. You use your own subscription in that app, and it can build and change your site, run agents and flows and work on your tables, within what your account allows. What is the difference between an AI agent and an automation?
An automation (a Flow, a Journey or a Function) follows steps you set up in advance. An agent gets a job in words and works out the steps itself, inside the limits you set. They can work together. See the AI agents and Automations pages.
