Adding Tools to Your Flow

    Right-click or use the add button on the canvas

    Opens the app selection panel

    Each app offers multiple actions (e.g., "Send Email", "Create File")

    Fill in required fields and use data mapping for dynamic values

Tips

Connect apps first

Before using a tool, connect the app in Apps. This sets up authentication so your flows can access the service.

Use data mapping for dynamic values

Instead of hardcoding values, use templates like {{trigger.email}} to use data from previous nodes.

Test individual tools

Click "Test" on a tool node to run just that action and verify it works before running the full flow.
